IMG_1733A favorite spot among the wealthy, famous, and socialites a like, The Beverly Hills Hotel is where you go to ensure a WOW experience. Even after decades of service, the iconic hotel is known for its grandiose, yet personalized service and our experience was exactly that.

Upon my arrived, I was greeted by the valet and escorted through the grand foyer (where many a celebrity has passed), past the history montage celebrating 100 years, and finally to the spa, to be pampered just like a celebrity. The Beverly Hills Hotel Spa by La Prairie offers the standard variety of treatments from luxurious facials to manis and pedis to body treatments, with a touch of extravagance that makes you feel as though your walking among the clouds.

IMG_1772During my spa experience, I was able to catch up with former Buzz Bus Roadie Jasmine Samano, now Spa Manager at the Beverly Hills Hotel Spa. Currently, she is developing a series of treatments that will cater to all the aspects of your wellness; body, mind, and soul. The treatments are inspired by her Buzz Bus Tour experience at the Encore Spa in Las Vegas, NV.

As a boutique spa, the limited treatment rooms are in your favor offering you (almost) exclusive use of the spa amenities. I recommend enjoying the spa during the week to ensure limited interruption from other guests. They even have 30-minute services you can take advantage of during your lunch break…although I’d never be able to only stay for 30 minutes!

IMG_1748Once I had enjoyed my morning cup of coffee, my massage therapist Brooke assisted me in choosing my spa music for my Signature Deep Tissue Massage and La Prairie Signature Facial. Originally I was going to choose Ella Fitzgerald (it seemed fitting for the Beverly Hills Hotel), but when I told Brooke I wanted something mellow she suggested Norah Jones, which ended up being the perfect companion for my afternoon.

The company is committed to providing exceptional skincare, which you can feel as its being applied. My skin from head-to-toe was as smooth as silk as I glided out of the Beverly Hills Hotel Spa.

The Spa remains a quiet gem among the bustling Beverly Hills Hotel, so next time you’re on your way to the pool make sure to stop and schedule your appointment – it’s better than the cocktails!
